Food Sovereignty 

Food Sovereignty is everyone’s right to determine their own food systems. Food Sovereignty means that land and resources will be controlled locally, rather than dictated by international trade regimes and agribusiness. It means that right to nutritious, culturally-appropriate food grown under just and ecologically-sound conditions. Without food sovereignty, farmers cannot respond effectively to climate change.  

Good Seed comes directly from us, the farmers. 

We are accountable to the environment we live in, the people who work with us, our communities and to you.   

By growing, processing and selling our products directly, we are empowered by the benefits of ownership over our crop and trade.  You are supporting us in making environmental and social changes that are necessary for our community and the planet.
